Choose the right message
Choose General feedback for a question, privacy request or permission enquiry; Suggestion for a feature idea; Correction for inaccurate hashtag information; and Report a problem for a broken feature or harmful content. For a specific hashtag, type its name and choose a database suggestion below the search field. Selecting it records one search on HashKosh. You can also submit a star rating through Review & star rating.
What to include
Include the public page URL, what happened, what you expected and the approximate time. For a correction, explain the intended meaning and a reliable source if available. For a copyright or privacy concern, identify the exact material, explain your connection to it and state the action requested. Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents or another person's private information.
How to receive a reply
After submission, save the private reference code. Use Check reply in this form to see the message status and the operator's reply. Optional name and email help provide context, but this service does not send email notifications. Keep the code private: anyone with it can view the message and reply. There is no guaranteed response time; this is not an emergency contact channel.
Privacy and moderation
Messages and optional contact details are private to the operator and are not posted as public reviews. Approved star ratings may contribute to the public average. Requests are reviewed and may be closed if abusive, duplicated or unrelated. For access, correction or removal of your submitted information, provide your reference code and describe the request without adding unnecessary personal data.
