    These terms explain the permitted use of HashKosh's public search, hashtag tools, information and feedback services. Please read them together with our Privacy policy, Cookies policy and Disclaimer.

    Using the service

    You may browse public pages, search tags and use the provided copy and generator tools for lawful personal or professional posts. You remain responsible for your input, chosen hashtags and published posts, including the rules of the platform where you use them. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the service.

    Public searches and private information

    An accepted hashtag search may create a public tag page and update its search count. Do not enter passwords, identity numbers, private contact details or another person's confidential information into search or generation tools. Feedback is handled separately as described in the Privacy policy; a private reply code must not be shared.

    Fair use and prohibited conduct

    Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, discriminatory or rights-infringing material. Do not spam forms, fabricate ratings, bypass quotas, attack authentication, probe other people's private messages or run automated requests that disrupt the service. We may rate-limit requests, reject submissions, remove content or restrict abusive access to protect users and the service.

    Content, examples and AI tools

    Meanings, captions, related tags and AI suggestions are informational starting points. Check context, spelling, rights and platform restrictions before use. Drafts are subject to review and may never be published. We do not promise that suggestions are unique, suitable for every situation, free from error or able to achieve a particular social-media result.

    Ownership and permitted copying

    Use the copy tools to reuse suggested hashtags and example captions in your own posts. This does not grant ownership of HashKosh branding, software, the full database or third-party material. Respect attributed vocabulary licences and other people's trademarks and copyright. For bulk reuse or republication of substantial site content, contact the operator first.

    Your submissions and moderation

    Submit material you are entitled to share. You permit the operator to store and review it, respond to it and use accepted corrections to improve the service. Written feedback and optional contact details are not automatically public. Only approved ratings enter the public average. Sending a suggestion does not guarantee publication or a response by a particular time.

    External services and availability

    Linked social platforms, advertising providers and other external services have their own terms. HashKosh does not control their content or availability. Features may change or pause for maintenance, security or provider limits. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access; nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

    Changes and questions

    The updated date identifies this version. We may revise these terms as the service changes and publish the revised text here. Use Contact us for questions, permission requests or a dispute about content, with the relevant URL and a clear description. Privacy requests are handled through the same private contact channel.
